Connect your vehicle to the Charging Station
Select amount & show your Bank Card to the POS Terminal
After selecting the max amount you want to charge, the POS Terminal will preauthorize your card with this amount
Confirm and Start charging
On successful preauthorization, the Charging Station will begin charging your vehicle. On reaching the authorized amount or charging session stopped, the actual amount will be charged from the card.

- Valid Debit / Credit Bank Card
- Debit / Credit Bank Card with Preauthorization capability

Can I charge without using the 22togo app?
Yes, you can. You have two options: 1. To use the POS terminal installed on the Charging Station or on a kiosk on the Charging Location; and 2. To scan the QR Code on the Charging Station with your phone and pay using your phone wallet.
Is it OK to charge my battery up to 100%?
It's highly recommended to charge it between 20% and 80%. This will keep the battery in good shape for a long time. However, if you are in a long trip and you need to use the maximum of your battery it is OK to charge it up to 100%. Just have in mind that it will be fast to make two charging sessions in the 20%-80% than one up to 100%.
My EV will stay parked for a long time. What is the best practice in this case?
It is recommended to leave EVs for a long time on around 50% state of charge. Have in mind that all EVs have 12v battery as well, which can darin if the EV is left unused for a long time. Just be prepared to boost the power of the 12V to start your EV.
Do I need to precondition my EV battery before charging?
It's not mandatory to precondition your EV battery before charging, but it will significantly increase the charging time if you don't.
I heard that it is not good to charge my EV on DC Fast chargers only. Is this true?
Based on all data in the past years of EV charging it looks like is not a good practice to use only DC Fast Chargers. It is recommended to charge your EV at night or during working hours on a slow AC charger and use the DC fast chargers when needed.
